Tom Thompson has been practicing in Washington State since 1980. His commitment to representing injured workers led to his appointment as Chair of the Washington State Trial Lawyers’ Workers' Compensation Section in 2005. He has lent his expertise to symposia and continuing legal education seminars. Tom received his B.A. from the University of Washington in 1977 and his J.D. from Gonzaga University Law School in 1979. He is admitted to practice in Washington State, U.S. District Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. For several years, he was a member of the Washington State Labor Council/Washington State Association of Justice Caucus working on workers’ compensation legislation.
