Wil Miller

Wil is a graduate of Duke University Law School Class of 1988.  

Wil spent the first ten years of his career as a prosecutor in New York City and Seattle trying rape, arson, and murder cases. Now with over 35 years of legal experience, Wil has tried over 200 cases and handled hundreds more.

In 2010, Wil began practicing Family Law in Washington State.  His office is located in Lower Queen Anne, Seattle, close to the Uptown Theater and Climate Pledge Arena.

Wil’s legal practice focuses on Collaborative Family Law and Family Law Litigation.  Please take the time to learn the difference between these two very different processes for resolving family law cases.

Wil’s involvement with the family law legal community in King County includes serving as Chair of the King County Bar Association’s Collaborative Law Section, the Chair of the Downtown Seattle Collaborative Law Practice Group, and the Chair of the King County Collaborative Law Membership Committee.   He also recently ended his three-year tenure as Chair of the Washington State Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education Committee.
