Zeshan Q. Khan

Attorney Zeshan Q. Khan is the founder of the Law Office of Zeshan Q. Khan, PLLC, with the law firm’s office located in Seattle, Washington. A 1994 Bachelor of Arts graduate from the University of Florida, Mr. Khan studied law at the Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree in 1999. He proceeded to get his LL.M. degree in sustainable international development from the University of Washington School of Law in 2003. Right after law school, he performed a stint as a law clerk for the Honorable Sen K. Tan. 

Before his role at the Law Office of Zeshan Q. Khan, PLLC, Mr. Khan served as a pro tem family law commissioner at the King County Superior Court. An active member of the legal community, he maintains memberships with many prominent legal associations such as the Washington State Bar Association, the King County Bar Association (KCBA), the South Asian Bar Association of Washington and the Domestic Relations Attorneys of Washington. In addition to engaging with the broader legal sphere, he also spent his time teaching at the paralegal program of Edmonds College through his role as an adjunct professor of family law.   

Mr. Khan is passionate about helping his clients and the larger community in whatever capacity possible. On top of mentoring young attorneys through the Family Law Mentor Program by the KCBA, he was also recognized for his volunteer work with the same organization (2017 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year and 2011 Volunteer of the Year). As demonstrated by his many speaking engagements and published written works, he is a voracious writer and speaker who dedicates his time to educating fellow attorneys and the public about his practice areas.
