Since, he has learned the English language; put himself through Gonzaga University where he graduated with honors from both undergraduate and law school programs. He has also become a business owner, a homeowner, a husband, a father, a writer, and last but not least, a United States Citizen.
After graduation, Héctor was a Law Clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge Robert H. Whaley (now retired) for the Eastern District of Washington Federal Court. He has also worked at the Washington Attorney General’s Office, Department of Labor and Industries.
Today, Héctor works as a partner at the Quiroga Law Office, PLLC, where he focuses his practice on immigration. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Spokane County Bar Association – Diversity Section, the Washington State Association for Justice, the Latina/o Bar Association of Washington and the Hispanic Business and Professional Association.
