Rayna L Girtz

Originally from Spokane, Rayna earned her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, at Eastern Washington University before earning her Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. Prior to law school, she spent nearly a decade as a personal injury litigation paralegal, where she developed a deep understanding of the legal process and a strong passion for connecting with clients and pursuing justice. During law school, she interned with several firms in a variety of practice areas, ultimately realizing that helping injured people rebuild their lives was her true calling—an insight that led her to join GLP Attorneys to begin her practice.

Since graduating, Rayna has built her legal career at GLP Attorneys, where she advocates tirelessly for her clients and approaches each case with empathy, creativity, and determination. Her background allows her to connect deeply with clients’ experiences and to tell their stories powerfully, both in and out of the courtroom.

Rayna is a graduate of the prestigious Trial Lawyers College, where she trained under some of the nation’s most accomplished trial lawyers to refine her courtroom advocacy, storytelling, and client-centered trial skills. She also plays an active role in the firm’s Trial Track Program, a professional development initiative designed to mentor and prepare attorneys for complex litigation and trial work. Through this program, Rayna helps shape the next generation of trial lawyers at GLP Attorneys by fostering confidence, collaboration, and excellence in trial advocacy.

She is admitted to practice in all Washington State Courts and in Federal Court for the Eastern District of Washington. Rayna is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association, an Eagle Member of the Washington State Association for Justice, and a member of the American Association for Justice.
