Antonio Garguile

Antonio Garguile is an attorney at Garguile DUI and Traffic Lawyers, which has its offices in Tacoma, Washington. Focusing his practice on DUI and traffic ticket defense, he serves as a zealous advocate for his clients’ rights. In 2017, he founded the firm, driven by a vision to enhance the quality of legal representation in his community.

Born and raised in Bremerton, Washington, Mr. Garguile embarked on his academic journey at the University of Washington, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. He then pursued his J.D. at Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, and was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 2011. His legal proficiency further extends to being admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

From a young age, Mr. Garguile was inspired to pursue a career in law during a family visit to Kansas City, Missouri, where he was influenced by his great uncle, a respected attorney. This early admiration for the legal field shaped his future, steering him toward a path of professionalism and a client-centered practice. He enjoys the diverse challenges presented by his clients, finding each case to be unique, engaging and intellectually stimulating.

Mr. Garguile’s legal career began in the public sector, working at the Kitsap and Spokane County Prosecutor Offices, handling cases in both district and superior courts. Transitioning to private practice, he gained significant experience as a defense attorney, eventually managing one of the largest traffic infraction defense firms in Washington state. 

Mr. Garguile’s passion for law is rooted in the opportunity it provides to positively impact lives. For him, the law is not just a profession but a means to make a difference, continuously fueling his commitment to the legal community. He is also an active member of the American Bar Association, the Tacoma Pierce County Bar Association, and the Nisqually Indian Reservation – Tribal Court Bar.
