Evan represents clients in a wide array of civil litigation including government liability, civil rights, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury claims. He has litigated and tried cases resulting in seven and eight figure verdicts and settlements. Evan also has an active practice representing victims of childhood sexual abuse in claims arising from improper supervision, care, or protection in the foster home, dependency, school, or caregiving settings. He received his B.A. from Whitman College, cum laude, and later earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law.
