Falin McKenzie is an attorney at law working with Dubin Law Group, which has offices in Seattle, Everett, Tacoma and Redmond in Washington. She has been representing victims of personal injury from across the state of Washington, Oregon and Kentucky.
An alumnus of the Gonzaga University, Ms. McKenzie completed her bachelor’s degree majoring in political science and finance in 2006. After obtaining her master’s in business administration from the Northern Kentucky University in 2012, she enrolled in the Willamette University College of Law to pursue her interest in law. She graduated with her J.D. in 2014.
Ms. McKenzie served as an associate at various private firms in Kentucky, where she built a strong foundation in law by starting from the basics – drafting contracts, communicating with clients, researching cases and assisting clients find solutions to tax issues and business problems, probate and estate planning. After obtaining the license to practice in Washington in 2020, she joined as an associate attorney at a boutique firm to familiarize herself with personal injury litigation.
Covering a broad range of personal injury cases, Ms. McKenzie takes on cases pertaining to nursing home negligence, truck accidents, construction site accidents, motor vehicle and pedestrian accidents, and other premises liability litigation. She is aware of the physical and mental trauma associated with injuries and the importance of compensation in helping the victims cover their loss and other medical bills.
