Gina M. Auter

Gina Auter has over 30 years of family law experience as a trial attorney, mediator and arbitrator. She is AV rated and her practice includes representation and dispute resolution services in complex high asset divorce actions and child custody matters. She has served as a mediator and arbitrator in over 500 civil litigation matters including complex construction and business claims. She takes a personalized approach to each matter she handles, using her experience and creative abilities to assist clients with the most challenging cases. She is highly skilled in conflict resolution, with a proven track record for resolving cases without the need for litigation. When resolution by agreement is not possible, she is a seasoned trial attorney, who is prepared to present the most difficult cases to the court if necessary.  She provides dispute resolution services in multiple counties including Pierce, King, Snohomish, Kitsap and Thurston, and has served as a receiver and Special Master for estate liquidation matters.  Her varied experience provides her with a unique ability to provide customized advice and find sustainable solutions that are specifically tailored to each case. Gina has served in multiple leadership positions with the Tacoma Pierce County Bar Association, including the President of the Family Law Section. She is a frequent CLE presenter and consultant on family law related matters.
