- Represented a victim of trafficking since 2011. Client was a victim of forced labor working at a chicken factory for years in exchange for false promise of legal status in the United States. Perpetrator was prosecuted. However Client and his coworkers did not realize they had an option of applying for trafficking visa until 2011, years after the DOJ already prosecuted this case. Client and his wife finally received their green cards in 2018.
