With over three decades of experience, Kelly D. LeBlanc is a well-seasoned attorney who uses her knowledge and legal acumen to help families and individuals navigate their way through complex family law issues. Working out of the Tacoma office of Envision Family Law in Washington, she covers all aspects of divorce, adoption, child custody, domestic violence and more.
Appearing on behalf of litigants at both state and federal levels, Ms. LeBlanc has also served as an administrative health law judge with the Department of Health and as guardian ad litem in Pierce County. Her background as a guardian ad litem gives her a unique perspective and an added advantage in preparing cases for her clients. She served as the court's designated professional in numerous child custody cases, providing recommendations to protect the best interests of the children involved. Known for her smart, direct and thorough legal arguments in the courtroom, she maintains the utmost professionalism while representing her clients.
Beyond her legal practice, Ms. LeBlanc is deeply involved in her community and has earned recognition for her outstanding contributions. She has received numerous awards, including the Ten Best Female Attorneys: 2016 Client Satisfaction Award from the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. Additionally, she has been commended by the Pierce County Superior Court for her guardian ad litem services. She has also received a perfect 10.0 rating on Avvo.
Completing her Bachelor of Science degree in 1982 from Ball State University, Ms. LeBlanc obtained her J.D. in 1985 from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. She excelled in her studies and received the Moot Court Executive Board Justice Scholarship and several other awards while in law school. Apart from textbook knowledge, she is molded by her experiences to garner a deep understanding of her field of practice and the required approach to comforting families during the most difficult and vulnerable times of their lives.
