Lincoln Beauregard is a personal injury lawyer and a founding member of the Connelly Law Offices. Bringing years of experience from time spent at one of Tacoma’s top firms, Gordon, Thomas, Honeywell, Lincoln is a seasoned trial lawyer with an in depth knowledge of personal injury of every kind, medical malpractice, sexual abuse, government negligence, civil rights, and insurance bad faith law.

In the field of personal injury, Lincoln has achieved numerous high profile results for his clients.  Those achievements include multiple multi-million dollar recoveries such as a $16.7 million medical  malpractice verdict, a $18.1 million school shooting case, multiple multi-million dollar verdicts, a $12.5 million recovery with Department of Corrections obtained on behalf of the Lakewood officers’ surviving families, a $3.5 million recovery on behalf of a family that lost a mother and child as a result of medical negligence, a $2.75 million recovery on behalf of a family that lost their daughter to an avoidable drug overdose, a $2.5 insurance bad faith recovery on behalf of 93 claimants, and dozens of seven-figure recoveries on behalf of the victims of preventable childhood sexual abuse.  In many cases, Lincoln acts as associating lead counsel with other attorneys from smaller or lesser-resourced law firms to garner results that can only be brought about as a result of well-oiled teamwork.

In the appellate arena, Lincoln has also had multiple notable successes.  As examples, Lincoln argued and prevailed in a leading civil rights case expanding the standard for law enforcement liability under the “state created danger theory” under Section 1983.  See Kennedy v. Ridgefield, 439 F.3d 1055.  On the issue of expert testimony, Lincoln argued and prevailed in the leading Supreme Court opinion in Washington State setting the standard for the admissibility of expert testimony.  See Anderson v. Akzo Nobel Coatings, Inc., 172 Wash.2d 593, 260 P.3d 857 (2011).  Lincoln’s work also resulted in a published federal trial court opinion in the context of insurance bad faith providing strong illustrative precedent regarding an insurance company’s duty to settle when insurance coverage is disputed.  See Specialty Surplus v. Second Chance, 412 F.Supp.2d 1152 (2006).

Lincoln is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law. During law school, Lincoln interned at the Public Defenders Office, the City of Seattle City Council, the law firm of Stafford Frey Cooper, and the Law and Corporate Affairs Department at Starbucks headquarters. Before attending law school, Mr. Beauregard was enlisted in the United States Air Force, during which time he obtained his bachelors degree in Professional Aeronautics with a minor in Business Administration from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

During his free time, Lincoln travels, exercises, spends time with friends, and also moonlights in the areas of Italian restaurant co-ownership and property investment.
