Mr. Mungia obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Pacific Lutheran University, where he graduated magna cum laude in 1981. In 1984, he received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, graduating cum laude. He is currently admitted to practice law in the state of Washington, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
