Chanvir C.J. Singh

Based in Seattle, Washington, Chanvir "CJ" Singh is an efficient real estate attorney serving the firm Prime Legal Services where he also functions as the principal. He supports his clients throughout the process and gives them counsel on legal matters related to corporate formation, limited liability partnerships, landlord-tenant issues and mortgage and refinances. In addition, he has served as a public defender at various municipal courts across the state of Washington.

Mr. Singh has a bachelor’s degree in law, societies and justices from the University of Washington. He pursued law at the Willamette University College of Law and secured his Juris Doctor in 2015. He went on to obtain his master’s with a major in taxation from his alma mater in 2018.

Presently, Mr. Singh holds memberships and affiliations in several reputed legal associations, including the Washington State Bar Association’s Taxation Section, Real Property, Probate and Trust Section, and Solo and Small Practice Section; Shelton-Mason County Chamber of Commerce – Board of trustees; the Washington State Board of Tax Appeals – former law tax referee.
