Mr. Price graduated with honors from Oregon State University in 1982, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Behavioral Science. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon Law School in 1985 and obtained his license to practice in Oregon the same year. Two years later, he became licensed to practice in Washington and is also admitted to practice before all federal courts in both states.
