The co-founder of Cooper Law Offices, PLLC, Daniel C. Cooper has developed a reputation over the years as a skilled and tenacious civil litigation attorney. Located in Bridgeport, West Virginia, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of different matters. In his personal injury and wrongful death practice, Mr. Cooper has assisted area residents who have been harmed by the negligence of other people or of companies in cases involving truck and other motor vehicle accidents, defective or dangerous products, premises liability and medical malpractice. Mr. Cooper received a Bachelor of Science in 1982 from West Virginia University. He then attended West Virginia University College of Law and was executive editor of the West Virginia Law Review before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 1990. Mr. Cooper is admitted to practice in West Virginia, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Harrison County Bar Association.
