Michael D. Crim

Michael D. Crim is the founder of Crim Law Office, PLLC, located in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Having worked as a trial attorney for over two and a half decades, he has attended to over 40 cases throughout their verdicts. He provides counsel and representation to private individuals, professionals and business entities in various areas, such as personal cases, corporate affairs and insurance-oriented matters. He is frequently employed by individual and corporate clients and insurance agencies to safeguard their interests across the most challenging jurisdictions in West Virginia.

Born and raised in Clarksburg, West Virginia, Mr. Crim completed his undergraduate degree from Fairmont State University in 1991 and earned his Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 1994. He was authorized to practice law in North Carolina in 1994 and West Virginia in 1996.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Crim is associated with the International Association of Defense Counsel, currently fulfilling his third consecutive year on its board of directors. His contributions extend to the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia.
