Perry W. Oxley

A stalwart advocate for his clients with nearly 30 years of experience, Perry W. Oxley has been by his clients’ side through all the trials and tribulations of their legal matters. He helps them get the compensation they deserve after enduring debilitating injuries due to medical malpractice, defective products and other personal injury cases, as well as insurance defense, mass tort litigation and many more. A prominent figure within his legal community, Mr. Oxley has helped shape the standard of client care in his industry to even greater heights. Since becoming licensed to practice law in West Virginia in 1996, he has been admitted to practice before all circuit and magistrate courts of West Virginia and the West Virginia Supreme Court.

Outside his law practice, Mr. Oxley maintains close affiliations with myriad legal organizations such as the West Virginia State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Cabell County Bar Association, the Eagle International Associates and the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia. He completed his undergraduate studies in 1992 at Marshall University and went on to earn his M.B.A. degree from his alma mater a year later. He attended the West Virginia University College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1996.
