J. Morgan Leach

Experienced in the fields of civil litigation, criminal defense, family law and business litigation, J. Morgan Leach is the owner and sole practitioner at the firm J Law, basing his practice in Vienna, West Virginia. He focuses his practice primarily on Section 1983 claims, which grant civilians the right to seek protection against the violation of their federally protected rights.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from West Virginia University, Mr. Leach enrolled in the West Virginia University College of Law to pursue his studies in law. In 2016, he secured his Juris Doctor degree with a focus on energy and sustainable development, actively involving himself in the university’s Agricultural Law Association and Environmental Law Society.
