James P. Pitz

For nearly 30 years, James P. Pitz has helped individuals gain compensation and justice for the reckless actions caused by a third party. A partner at Sigman, Janssen, Sewall, Pitz & Burkham in Appleton, Wisconsin, he serves clients throughout the state in personal injury matters related to motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, firearm injuries, dog bite injuries and many more. 

Raised on an upbringing of moral values, Mr. Pitz is conscientious in his approach and his actions. After completing his undergraduate studies in 1990 from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, Mr. Pitz attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School and received his Juris Doctor in 1993, and in the same year, his license to practice in Wisconsin. Additionally, he has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.

A true consummate professional, Mr. Pitz is no stranger to the immense level of due diligence that is conducted prior to a case ever going to trial. His tireless work ethic ensures his clients’ defense is airtight and clear of any vulnerabilities. In his free time, he helps coach youth sports basketball and plays an important part in providing a strong role model to children and adolescents.
