Kristen S. Scheuerman has been practicing law through the Wisconsin-based firm Weiss Law Office, S.C., since October of 2022. However, before her time at Weiss Law Office, Kristen was a Shareholder with a large general practice firm in the Fox Valley, where she served as a municipal prosecutor and focused her practice on personal injury cases. Kristen is an attorney with over a decade of experience. Kristen's practice has always been focused on personal injury law and civil litigation, and throughout her career, she has represented individuals who have sustained injuries caused by animal bites, motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall injuries, brain injuries, catastrophic injury caused by a defective product, and she has handled many wrongful death cases.

In 2010, Ms. Scheuerman completed her legal studies at the Marquette University Law School and earned her Juris Doctor. Prior to this, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Lawrence University. With her admission to practice law in Wisconsin, she represents her clients in several courts across the state, including the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.

The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys listed Ms. Scheuerman as one of the Top 10 Attorneys Under 40. She was also honored by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys, in their annual 10 Best Attorneys in Wisconsin list.
