After graduating, Mr. Minon started working as a law clerk for Judge Daniel A. Noonan of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court. He used the knowledge he gained from this experience to excel in the courtroom and negotiate effectively as a personal injury lawyer. He was admitted to practice in Wisconsin in 2012 and later before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
