Kent A. Tess-Mattner is president of Schmidt, Rupke, Tess-Mattner & Fox SC located in Brookfield, Wisconsin. His civil litigation practice focuses on matters involving family law, personal injuries, real estate transactions and federal antitrust law at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts.

After graduating cum laude with a bachelor's degree from Carroll College, where he was president of the student senate, Mr. Tess-Mattner earned his J.D. from Marquette University Law School. During law school, he served as managing editor for the Marquette Law Review and as a student intern to the chief judge of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.

In recognition of his excellent track record and ethical standards, Martindale-Hubbell has awarded Mr. Tess-Mattner its AV-Preeminent* rating. Mr. Tess-Mattner also participates in several community organizations including the Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra, the United Performing Arts Fund and the Waukesha Area Symphonic Band.
