Patrick O. Dunphy

As a co-founder of Cannon & Dunphy Attorneys at Law, Patrick O. Dunphy represents clients in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin metropolitan area and throughout the state in personal injury matters. These include professional malpractice, product liability and general negligence. With more than four decades of trial experience, he has a long list of seven-figure verdicts and settlements that he had secured for his clients.

Admitted to practice in the state of Wisconsin since 1976, Mr. Dunphy is also admitted to practice before several federal courts. These include the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American Association for Justice, The Inner Circle of Advocates and the International Society of Barristers. Past President of the Wisconsin Association for Justice, he is also a member of the Lawyers Committee of the National Center for State Courts.

After graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College, Mr. Dunphy moved on to reach his goal of becoming an attorney. He studied at Marquette University Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1976. While in law school, he was a member of the Marquette Law Review.

He was named twice as Lawyer of the Year for plaintiff personal injury litigation in the state by The Best Lawyers of America and is certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
