Alexis C. Raihle

As the founder and owner of Legacy Law Firm, LLC, located in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, Alexis C. Raihle provides comprehensive legal representation to individuals, families and businesses throughout the region. Her practice encompasses a broad range of legal matters, with a particular focus on family law, estate planning and related areas requiring thoughtful, personalized guidance.

Ms. Raihle handles a variety of family law matters, including termination of parental rights and adoption, with experience involving the Indian Child Welfare Act. She also represents clients in divorce, child custody and placement, child support and guardianship matters. In addition, she serves as a guardian ad litem, advocating for the best interests of children and other individuals when appointed by the court.

Beyond family law, Ms. Raihle assists clients with estate planning, probate, real estate and business law matters. She also represents clients in guardianship proceedings, helping individuals and families navigate complex legal and personal considerations with care and attention to detail. Her practice is centered on providing practical legal counsel tailored to each client's circumstances and goals.

Ms. Raihle earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, graduating summa cum laude. She went on to attend Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor and was recognized on the dean's list. Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin since 2021, she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

Active in her professional and local communities, Ms. Raihle is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, Chippewa County Bar Association and St. Croix Valley Bar Association. She is also a member of the Chippewa Falls Kiwanis Club and serves on the board of directors for the Chippewa Falls Area Senior Center.
