Adam L. Nicolet

Adam Nicolet is an attorney at Nicolet Law Accident & Injury Lawyers, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Mr. Nicolet focuses his practice on personal injury, serving clients throughout Wisconsin.  

As a personal injury attorney, Mr. Nicolet handles cases involving catastrophic injury, motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip-and-fall accidents, wrongful death and other issues. Over the course of his career, he has helped many Wisconsin residents obtain compensation after suffering an injury or losing a family member in an accident. Many of these cases have resulted in significant awards or verdicts on behalf of his clients.

Honoring his achievements, the National Trial Lawyers included Mr. Nicolet on its “Top 40 Under 40” list and the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys listed him among the “Top 10 Under 40.” The American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys presented him with a “10 Best Client Satisfaction” award and the American Society of Legal Advocates named him one of the “Top 40 Litigation Lawyers Under 40 in Wisconsin.” 

A valuable contributor to his legal community, Mr. Nicolet belongs to the Eau Claire County Bar Association, the St. Croix Valley Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin and the American Bar Association. He is involved with the Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce and Young Professionals of the Chippewa Valley and participates in the Eau Claire Free Legal Clinic.

Mr. Nicolet earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison and received his law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked as a legislative intern at the Wisconsin State Capitol. He holds a license to practice law before all Wisconsin state courts.
