Dana Wachs

A staunch attorney passionately practicing law for nearly four decades, Dana Wachs is a partner at Gingras, Thomsen & Wachs LLP in Wisconsin. Working from the firm's Eau Claire office, he focuses his practice on assisting people who have suffered personal injury as a result of the negligence of others, and he handles a wide range of matters involving:

Mr. Wachs pursued his undergraduate studies at Marquette University and graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree. The passion for the law that he developed at a very young age from watching his father serve as the city attorney and protect the rights of innocent people inspired him to do the same by becoming an attorney. He joined the Valparaiso University Law School to study law and received his Juris Doctor in 1985.

Dedicated to assisting injured people in claiming the compensation that they deserve, Mr. Wachs finds joy in the satisfaction of his clients when the case is successfully resolved. Recognizing the emotional and physical trauma that quite often accompanies injury, he ensures to support his clients in every way possible and creates a welcoming and safe space for them to heal properly.
