These comments were made by fellow attorneys during the annual nomination process.
“Tim Edwards is the best all-around attorney that I have ever worked with. He began his career in Madison as a solo practitioner, which forced him to quickly absorb a huge and varying substantive knowledge base. He now focuses on all aspects of civil litigation, with an emphasis in employment matters. In 2009 and 2010, he was instrumental in achieving favorable settlements on behalf of the plaintiff classes in two of the largest wage-and-hour class actions in the country. He is a superb writer, and his analytical skills are excellent. He is also a well-regarded instructor at the University of Wisconsin Law School, and has done significant volunteer work on behalf of attorneys battling addiction issues. Throughout his career, he has proven himself a champion of the underdog.”
“Tim Edwards brings a passion to his practice that is rarely seen. His client always comes first, and he works like a mule. His argument skills are superb, and his writing is some of the best I have ever seen.”
