Brad G. Jubber

Brad G. Jubber is a registered patent attorney of Lodestar IP & Patent Law, located in Germantown, Wisconsin. His practice focuses on patent applications, counsel and litigation for software and artificial intelligence, manufacturing, industrial technology, start-ups and emerging companies, consumer products, Amazon sellers and other law firms.

Mr. Jubber guides inventors, emerging enterprises and established businesses through every stage of the intellectual property process. Drawing on more than a decade of experience, he has drafted and prosecuted over 1,000 patent applications. Prior to entering private practice, he honed his regulatory insight by serving as a patent examining attorney for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, giving him a unique perspective on patent prosecution and strategic portfolio management.

Mr. Jubber completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, earning a bachelor’s degree, and went on to obtain a master’s degree from the University of Washington. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2017. He was admitted to the Wisconsin bar in 2019 and is fully registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, representing innovators and corporate clients across a wide spectrum of advanced technological sectors.

In addition to his active legal practice, Mr. Jubber is engaged in the professional legal community. He is a member of the Wisconsin Intellectual Property Law Association, through which he stays connected with developments in intellectual property law and collaborates with peers in the regional legal community. His comprehensive background in both engineering-heavy fields and legal advocacy enables him to effectively protect and leverage his clients' most valuable technological assets.
