Andrew Weininger

Andrew Weininger is an attorney with Eminent Domain Services, a premier Wisconsin eminent domain and property rights law firm located in Madison, Wisconsin. Eminent Domain Services considers itself a public interest law firm whose attorneys dedicate themselves to defending Wisconsin property owners involved in eminent domain and other property rights issues. Eminent Domain Services only represents Wisconsin landowners and does not represent any condemning authorities such as government agencies or utility companies.

Focusing his law practice on eminent domain and land rights issues, Mr. Weininger represents landowners in jury trials, bench trials and condemnation commission hearings throughout the state in eminent domain cases, property tax appeals, special assessment appeals, trespass and other property rights related litigation. He often travels across the state to meet clients and appear in court on their behalf. In addition, Mr. Weininger has appeared before the Wisconsin Supreme Court. 

Mr. Weininger received his undergraduate degree in political science and legal studies at the University of Wisconsin, where he played for the Badgers football team as an offensive lineman and earned three varsity letters. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2011.

A respected member of the legal community, Mr. Weininger was recognized by the Wisconsin Law Journal as an Up and Coming Lawyer in 2015. Thomson Reuters subsequently named him a Rising Star in the eminent domain field every year between 2015 and 2019. When not practicing law, Mr. Weininger enjoys spending time with his wife Molly and their two children.
