Annabelle Vang

At Wisconsin law firm Kowalski Family Law LLC, Annabelle Vang handles a full range of family law issues, including divorce, property division, child and spousal support, child custody and visitation, paternity, grandparents’ right and same-sex marriage issues. She accepts clients in the Madison and Janesville metropolitan areas, as well as throughout Sauk and Columbia counties.

After graduating from Bradley University with a degree in communications, Ms. Vang went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School. Her competitive nature and thirst for learning served her well while she completed her education, during which she participated in her school’s mock trial program and traveled to numerous states with her team to compete in moot court trials. After completing more than 120 hours of pro bono service while still in law school, Ms. Vang had the honor of being inducted into Marquette University’s Pro Bono Honor Society. Today, Ms. Vang is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.

Ms. Vang gained valuable negotiation and communication experience during an internship as a mediator with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Soon after realizing that her mediation skills, empathy toward the feelings of others and commitment to high legal standards would be best serving those who are undergoing stressful life changes, she began working in family law. Ms. Vang is known for her compassion, attention to detail and passion for representing those who need a voice, especially children and abused spouses.

In her spare time, Ms. Vang enjoys music and traveling. She is an accomplished pianist and has recently begun learning to play the guitar.
