Breanne L. Snapp is a shareholder at the firm’s Madison office where her primary practice includes class action and personal injury work. Breanne is currently representing a group of residents in Juneau and Wood Counties who allege their groundwater has been contaminated by a large Concentrated Animal Feed Operation (CAFO). She previously helped obtain a successful settlement for 241 families in the Town of Jackson, Wisconsin who were impacted by groundwater contamination as a result of a gasoline pipeline rupture.

Breanne has represented thousands of employees across the country in their claims for unpaid wages and overtime, including a class of Epic Systems Quality Assurance workers and several classes of Cerner Corporation employees. She also recovered $1.85 million for a group of salespersons denied their commissions. 

Breanne has been a Wisconsin Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2017. She was also honored by the Wisconsin Law Journal as an “Up and Coming Lawyer.” Breanne was recognized for her pro bono work by the Wisconsin State Bar’s Pro Bono Honor Society in 2014, 2016, and 2017.  In 2020, Breanne and other Madison Habush attorneys were honored by the Dane County Bar Association for their free legal clinic, established with Centro Hispano. 

Breanne currently serves as president of Dane County’s Legal Association for Women.  She also serves on the board of the American Constitution Society’s Madison Lawyer Chapter. Breanne is a member of the Dane County Bar AssociationJames E. Doyle Inn of Court, and the Wisconsin Association for Justice. She is also a member of the United Way Rosenberry Society and stays involved with the UW Law School through mentorship opportunities and the Office of Career and Professional Development.

Breanne received her J.D., cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she also earned a certificate in Consumer Health Advocacy. Breanne received a B.S. in Biochemistry and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  In her free time, Breanne enjoys live music, yoga, and spending time with friends and family. She lives in Madison with her husband, daughter, and their cat.
