    Mr. Lee earned bachelor’s degrees from Iowa State University and Korea University, and received his doctorate in history from New York University. He obtained his law degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison Law School. He is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Dane County Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Korean American Bar Association of Chicago, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association
