Marcus J. Berghahn is an esteemed criminal defense attorney at Hurley Burish, S.C., who defends the rights and entitlements of Madison, Wisconsin, residents at trial and appellate levels.
Over his career spanning more than 25 years, Mr. Berghahn has represented clients accused of bribery, theft/fraud, tax offenses, cybercrimes, sex offenses, and wildlife and hunting violations. He is licensed to practice in Wisconsin, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.
