Michael Brandt

Michael Brandt is an experienced Wisconsin family law attorney at Eastbridge Law Group, LLP. As a managing partner, he primarily represents clients navigating family law, divorce and child support matters in Baraboo and Madison. Some examples of the cases he tackles on behalf of his clients include property division, interstate custody actions, juvenile law, estate planning and guardianships.

In 2011, Mr. Brandt became licensed to practice in Wisconsin after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School. While in school, he completed several prestigious internships. These include interning in client services at the Office of the State Public Defender, serving as a juvenile court worker in Dane County, working as a legal intern in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and serving as a legal intern at the Coalition of Wisconsin Aging Groups.

Mr. Brandt later became certified as a parent coordinator and as a collaborative divorce attorney. These and other qualifications made him a trusted family law mediator in dozens of cases. In fact, he has built a reputation for handling complex cases that span national and international barriers.

He is also well known for helping his clients to hold uncooperative family members responsible by taking on enforcement and contempt cases. He does everything in his power to ensure courts always keep the best interests of children at the forefront of all negotiations, proceedings and final judgments. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
