Nils Wyosnick

Nils Wyosnick is the principal attorney and owner of Wyosnick Legal, LLC, in Madison, Wisconsin. Boasting 15 years of legal practice dedicated exclusively to criminal and drunk driving defense, he has zealously advocated for clients across Wisconsin as well as in Chicago. After graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Law, Mr. Wyosnick commenced his career as a prosecutor with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. There, he prosecuted a diverse array of criminal matters, from violent crimes to drug offenses and DUI cases in some of the nation’s busiest courts. This formative experience instilled in him a deep understanding of courtroom procedure, trial strategy, and the pursuit of justice.

Transitioning to the defense side, Mr. Wyosnick has continued to hone his trial competence by defending individuals charged with felonies, misdemeanors and traffic violations, including DUI/DWI and drug and alcohol offenses. His practice spans all levels of Wisconsin’s criminal justice system, where he tirelessly protects the rights and interests of his clients at every stage of the proceedings.

Mr. Wyosnick is licensed to practice in Wisconsin (2017) and Illinois (2011) and holds memberships in the Illinois State Bar Association, the Wisconsin State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Dane County Bar Association and the Dane County Defense Bar. He represents clients throughout Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, including Lake, Winnebago, Boone and Stephenson counties.
