    Rebecca R. Ms. DeMarb often serves as a receiver for operating businesses and real estate assets. 

    After receiving a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in political science from Loyola University Chicago in 1994, Ms. DeMarb pursued her legal studies at the University of Wisconsin Law School and was awarded her Juris Doctor cum laude in 1997. She was an attorney with several highly regarded law firms before joining the predecessor to Sweet DeMarb LLC in 2012. Admitted to practice in Wisconsin, she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

    Highly regarded by her fellow professionals, Ms. DeMarb has received an AV* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell. She is a member of the Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Creditors' Rights Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Western District of Wisconsin Bar Association and the Turnaround Management Association.  She served on the Board for the Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Creditors' Rights Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin from 2013-2016.
