Stephen J. Eisenberg, a founding member of Eisenberg Law Office, S.C., has more than three decades of experience providing representation to his clients in the Madison, Wisconsin, metropolitan area. He divides his practice among the areas of criminal defense, plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death.
A native of Madison, Mr. Eisenberg attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison as an undergraduate and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1980. He then enrolled at the University of Wisconsin Law School and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1983. Admitted to practice in Wisconsin, Mr. Eisenberg is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 7th and 10th Circuits, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Throughout his career, Mr. Eisenberg has been able to obtain many favorable results for his clients. One case resulted in a $12.7 million jury award in favor of a client who was injured in an incident in a hospital psychiatric ward. His fellow professionals have taken note of his successes, as evidenced by his receipt of an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell.
