D. Tyler Fellows

With over 30 years of experience in the legal profession, D. Tyler Fellows serves as a partner at Alpert & Fellows, LLC, in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Dedicating his practice to family law and personal injury law, he handles cases including alimony, spousal support, child support and custody, divorce, paternity, and collaborative law. In his personal injury practice, he focuses on providing empathetic and reliable counsel to individual claimants in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and mesothelioma cancer cases.

Graduating from Valparaiso University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and criminal justice, Mr. Fellows pursued his legal studies at Valparaiso University Law School. In 1995, he was admitted to practice law in Wisconsin after earning his Juris Doctor with honors and a concentration in tax. Additionally, he is licensed to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Wisconsin.

As a certified family law mediator trained through the University of Wisconsin–Madison’s professional development and applied studies program in 2007, Mr. Fellows brings nearly two decades of nuanced dispute resolution experience to complex domestic matters. Combining rigorous legal acumen with compassionate negotiation, he guides families through delicate custody, asset division and marital transitions.
