Jacqueline L. Sehloff

An associate at Alpert & Fellows, Jacqueline L. Sehloff has a varied practice that includes personal injury and wrongful death claims, Social Security Disability, family law and general commercial litigation. Working out of the firm’s office in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, she provides representation to clients throughout the greater Green Bay metropolitan area. Ms. Sehloff has been admitted to practice before all Wisconsin state courts since 2006.

In her personal injury and wrongful death practice, Ms. Sehloff provides aggressive advocacy on behalf of people who have been harmed as a result of the negligence or recklessness of other persons or entities. The types of cases that she has handled have arisen out of incidents involving truck and other motor vehicle crashes, defective products, premises liability and workplace accidents. Ms. Sehloff has successfully obtained jury verdicts and negotiated settlements that have provided her plaintiff clients with significant compensation for the losses that they have sustained.

Ms. Sehloff’s family law client base is composed of area residents who are seeing their marriages coming to an end. She helps them deal with their property division, parenting rights, and spousal and child support issues through mediation and settlement agreement negotiations, but when that is not feasible and litigation becomes necessary, she is a forceful courtroom advocate on their behalf. Ms. Sehloff also assists clients who are no longer able to gain a living due to a physical or mental disability. She works with them on the preparation and submission of their Social Security Disability claims, and in the event that the claims are initially denied, as is often the case, she represents them at subsequent appeals hearings. Ms. Sehloff is a graduate of Marquette University Law School.
