Joshua Greatsinger

Joshua Greatsinger, a partner at MGW Law as of January 1, 2025, concentrates his legal practice in Wisconsin, where he has been practicing law for over eight years. He handles cases involving claims ranging from bad faith insurance to commercial property, residential property, life insurance, and health insurance.

Attorney Greatsinger has represented clients in hundreds of cases, assisting them in pursuing their policy claims from the initial stages through resolution. His prior experience representing insurance companies in various cases has given him valuable insights into how insurance agencies operate, enabling him to handle insurance claim cases proficiently and provide exceptional service to his clients.

An alumnus of Illinois State University, Attorney Greatsinger earned a bachelor's degree in communication studies, actively participating in clubs such as the Communication Club, where he served as an Officer, while volunteering for numerous community-oriented programs. During his undergraduate studies, he also gained valuable legal experience working in the university's Student Attorney's Office. In 2016, he graduated with a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

During his undergraduate studies, Attorney Greatsinger also served as a student blogger for the university and interned for an online newspaper. In law school, he was a legal assistant intern.

After gaining experience through internships and part-time positions at various firms, Attorney Greatsinger began his legal career as an associate at a private law firm before splitting off with several attorneys to form MGW Law. He is an active member of the Community Association Institute’s Wisconsin Chapter and the Wisconsin Association for Justice.
