Within a relatively short period of time, Travis L. Yang has made immense strides in his legal community through his pristine, client-centric practice that emphasizes personalized attention, meticulous focus and enthusiastic zeal to see his clients free of their legal woes. From MGW Law, LLP, in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, he handles numerous policyholder insurance law cases, including bad-faith insurance, insurance claims disputes and many more.
Mr. Yang completed his undergraduate studies in 2013, graduating with his bachelor’s degree in political science and legal studies from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where he was also included in the dean’s list. He went on to attend the Marquette University Law School, where he served as vice president of the Asian Law Students Association and as an articles and symposium editor for the Marquette Benefits and Social Welfare Law Review. He received his Juris Doctor in 2019, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Wisconsin.
During his time in law school, Mr. Yang interned for the Honorable Judge William E. Duffin of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and the Honorable Judge Shirley S. Abrahamson of the Supreme Court of Wisconsin. These experiences provided him with immense exposure to how the federal judiciary operates, and he now uses his knowledge to help his clients resolve their legal matters without adding on any undue stress during this difficult time. He is also admitted to practice before all the federal district courts of Wisconsin and the Supreme Court of Wisconsin.
