Steffanie A. Walczak

Steffanie A. Walczak is a shareholder at Petit & Dommershausen, SC Law Offices, in Menasha, Wisconsin. For almost a decade, she has represented families and provided them with compassionate guidance. She assists them in cases related to:

• Divorce, child custody, paternity and child support
• Estate planning, wills and powers of attorney
• Criminal cases such as assault, battery, DUI, DWI and property crimes
• Domestic violence, restraining orders and harassment injunctions

Prior to working with Petit & Dommershausen, SC Law Offices, Ms. Walczak interned at a well-known Milwaukee financial group that provides services to divorce attorneys and also the Milwaukee County DA's office where she gained valuable insight into the legal system. She provides logical, realistic solutions and a hometown atmosphere for her clients as they navigate complex legal issues. She keeps communications open and addresses her clients’ questions and concerns as they arise.

Ms. Walczak completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marquette University in 2008. She then pursued her legal education and received her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 2012. She was admitted to practice in the state of Wisconsin the same year.

Ms. Walczak gives back to the community in a number ways. She provides pro bono legal services to the underprivileged through organizations such as the Fox Valley Free Legal Assistance Clinic and the Kiwanis Club of Darboy. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Family Law Section, Outagamie County Bar Association, and the  Winnebago County Bar Association .
