Monte E. Weiss is an insurance coverage specialist and civil liability defense attorney. Monte is the founder of Weiss Law Office, S.C., and represents clients out of the Firm's Milwaukee metropolitan area office and Appleton office, as well as throughout Wisconsin.
Monte has over 30 years of experience defending insurance companies against claims involving bodily injury, products liability, property damage, and other issues as well as handling a variety of insurance coverage disputes, both for insurance companies and policy holders.
A leader within his legal community, Monte belongs to the Milwaukee Bar Association Court of Appeals Bench-Bar Committee and is a former chairperson of the Amicus Curiae Committee and Insurance Law Committee of the Wisconsin Defense Counsel. He also previously served as co-coordinator for the State Bar of Wisconsin Mock Trial Program. Monte is currently the President-Elect for the Wisconsin Defense Counsel.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in history, Monte earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
