Angela T. Campion

Campion Law, LLC is a business and tax law firm in southeastern Wisconsin. The practice focuses on business counseling, tax planning and estate planning. Attorney Angela Campion assists clients through all phases of their business or personal life cycle. For new businesses, she helps owners navigate the series of organizational obstacles that they will face, including organizing the business, structuring and capitalizing the business, and negotiating ownership agreements.

Once a business is up and running, Angela assists business owners with the drafting of day-to-day business agreements, contract negotiation, employee benefits, tax planning, tax controversies, and structuring acquisitions and mergers.
