Attorney Diane S. Diel, founder of the law firm Diel Law, has dedicated her entire practice to helping families in Milwaukee and the surrounding areas find positive solutions to a wide variety of family law concerns. She knows how difficult it can be when a family is attempting to navigate complex legal issues, which is why she provides high-quality and compassionate legal counsel for a variety of legal issues, including:
- Divorce
- Child custody
- Financial support
- Property division
- Pre-marriage Agreements
In addition to these practice areas, she also offers guidance for couples who may benefit more from an alternate approach than from a traditional divorce, which is why clients turn to her for skilled mediation and collaborative law representation. She provides insight and other tools to help families successfully emerge from difficult transitions.
Diane S. Diel is a 1976 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison. Over her decades of practicing law, she has developed a record of consistent results and excellence in virtually all types of civil and litigation matters. Since 2010, she has leveraged her years of qualified experience in family law issues to focus much of her practice on collaborative law and mediation.
Ms. Diel is a respected member of the legal community, and she is a member of various professional legal associations, including the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Association for Women Lawyers. She is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and has also earned the honor of an AV Preeminent peer review rating* from Martindale-Hubbell.
