After graduating from Cardinal Stritch University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Mr. Banks earned his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 1984. While in law school, he was the Ohio Northern University Law Review’s associate editor, and in 2007 he received the Black Excellence Award for Outstanding Legal Services. A fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Mr. Banks is also a member of the Defense Research Institute, the State Bar of Arizona, the National Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
