  • Our Client, Esther Collado, was a victim of nursing home neglect at The Medical Resort in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  A jury found that she was neglected and returned a verdict of $11 Million dollars., 2019
  • Our client, Alfsono Guzman, was a resident at Sagecrest nursing home in Las Cruces, NM.  Mr. Guzman was not supervised during dinner and was served the wrong diet.  Mr. Guzman choked to death.  An Albuquerque jury found that Sagecrest and Preferred Care Management Group negligently caused Mr. Guzman's death and allowed damages for wrongful death in the amount of $1.5 million dollars., 2016
  • Our client, Vicky Anderson, was a resident at a group home, Countryview Estates, in Germantown, WI.  Vicky required assistance with eating and her food was to be pureed.  Vicky's food was pureed and she choked to death.  Defendants admitted negligence.  A Washington County jury returned a verdict finding that CountryView Estates intentionally disregarded Vicky Anderson's rights and allowed punitive damages of $775,000.  The jury also allowed damages of $300,000 for Vicky's pain and suffering and $400,000 for wrongful death., 2012
