Jonathan Cattey

At Levine Law, LLC, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Jonathan Cattey serves clients throughout the Milwaukee-Waukesha metropolitan area and across the state. Born and raised in Milwaukee, Mr. Cattey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, with a minor in Spanish, from the University of Michigan in 2006. He then returned home to attend Marquette University Law School, graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2010. His time there was marked by academic achievement, including a place on the dean's list in 2009, and by his participation in the National Moot Court Competition, where he sharpened his skills as an advocate. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Diane S. Sykes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.

Following his admission to the State Bar of Wisconsin, Mr. Cattey began his career at a downtown Milwaukee law firm. There, he defended corporations and municipalities against a broad range of claims, successfully litigating and resolving hundreds of cases each year. This experience gave him an intimate understanding of how defense teams evaluate and contest claims, an insight he now applies on behalf of his clients.

In 2013, Mr. Cattey partnered with a colleague to redirect his career toward protecting the rights of plaintiffs. Today, as a managing partner of Levine Law, LLC, he advocates vigorously for accident victims and holds negligent parties accountable. He believes the law has the power to restore lives and that its effects can benefit families for years to come. His work has also earned professional recognition, including an "Excellent" rating on Avvo.
