Jonathan Cattey

Jonathan Cattey is a partner and owner at Levine Law, LLC, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he represents clients throughout the Milwaukee-Waukesha metro area and across the state. Drawing on a deep commitment to justice for individuals and small businesses, he concentrates his practice on plaintiff-side personal injury matters – ranging from motor vehicle and trucking collisions to premises liability, animal bite incidents, construction accidents, brain injuries, wrongful death claims, professional liability suits and legal malpractice actions.

A native of Milwaukee, Mr. Cattey graduated from the University of Michigan in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and a minor in Spanish. He earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 2010, where he distinguished himself academically on the dean’s list in 2009 and honed his advocacy skills by competing in the National Moot Court Competition. During law school, he also clerked for the Honorable Diane S. Sykes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.

After admission to the State Bar of Wisconsin, Mr. Cattey launched his legal career at a law firm in downtown Milwaukee. There, he defended corporations and municipalities in a wide array of disputes, successfully litigating and resolving hundreds of cases each year. In 2013, he joined forces with his colleague to shift his focus toward plaintiffs’ rights.

Today, as one of Levine Law, LLC’s managing partners, Mr. Cattey continues to advocate vigorously for accident victims, believing firmly in the power of the law to restore lives and hold negligent parties accountable for years to come. He also boasts an “Excellent” rating on Avvo.
